A smart factory is more than automation. It is the ability to connect equipment, collect data, visualize operations, analyze processes intelligently, and optimize production in real time.
During the working session at the National Institute of Electronics, Informatics and Automation (NIEIA) – Ministry of Industry and Trade, ETEK introduced its Smart Factory Technology Center – an integrated technology center designed for experiencing, demonstrating, and testing solutions for smart factories and modern manufacturing environments.

The Smart Factory Technology Center is designed as an interactive technology environment where smart manufacturing solutions can be experienced beyond theoretical concepts, allowing visitors to observe real-time data, explore technology integration, and understand how different systems work together within a modern factory.

ETEK’s integrated technology ecosystem includes:
By connecting these technologies into an integrated ecosystem, the Smart Factory Technology Center demonstrates a manufacturing environment that is connected, transparent, flexible, data-driven, and optimized.

The true value of a smart factory lies not only in automation itself, but in the ability to connect physical equipment, industrial systems, software platforms, and production data.
During the session, ETEK shared its approach to integrating hardware, software, data, and AI to develop smart factory architectures aligned with the actual operational requirements of manufacturers.
Rather than implementing individual technologies in isolation, manufacturers can progressively build an interconnected environment where data flows from machines and production lines to operational and management levels. This creates a strong foundation for data-driven decision-making, operational visibility, and continuous improvement.

The working session provided an opportunity for ETEK to share its technology capabilities while exchanging practical perspectives on industrial automation, digital transformation, and Smart Manufacturing.
ETEK sincerely thanks the National Institute of Electronics, Informatics and Automation – Ministry of Industry and Trade for the valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and explore new perspectives on automation, digital transformation, and the development of smart manufacturing in Vietnam.
With its multi-technology integration capabilities, ETEK aims to support manufacturers in their journey from automated factories to connected and intelligent manufacturing environments, enabling higher productivity, greater operational visibility, and stronger competitiveness in the era of digital manufacturing.
