On June 30, 2026, ETEK welcomed a delegation of Mechanical Engineering & Automation students from Thuy Loi University for a corporate visit, providing valuable exposure to an industrial working environment and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The visit reflects ETEK’s commitment to bridging academic education with industrial practice by creating meaningful learning opportunities for future engineers.

During the visit, students toured ETEK’s manufacturing facilities and automation equipment assembly areas while gaining insights into modern Factory Automation solutions and smart manufacturing technologies.
The program introduced students to industrial automation systems, intelligent production processes, and the digital technologies driving manufacturing transformation in the Industry 4.0 era.

Students also participated in technical discussions with ETEK engineers, who shared practical experiences in project implementation, engineering standards, industrial workflows, and the professional competencies expected in today’s engineering workforce.
These interactions enabled students to better understand how classroom knowledge is applied in real engineering projects and industrial environments

Following the company visit, the students officially began their internship at ETEK on July 1, 2026.
Throughout the internship, participants will work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real engineering projects, and gain hands-on experience with automation, mechatronics, and smart manufacturing technologies.
The program is designed to strengthen technical capabilities, professional skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while preparing students for successful engineering careers.

Developing highly skilled engineering professionals remains one of ETEK’s strategic priorities.
Through internship programs, industrial visits, and educational partnerships, ETEK continues to strengthen collaboration between universities and industry, helping prepare the next generation of engineers to support Vietnam’s digital transformation and smart manufacturing ecosystem.
