On April 9, 2026, ETEK organized a site visit and hands-on experience program for students from the University of Transport Technology (UTT). This activity is part of ETEK’s ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between businesses and universities, helping students gain practical exposure in the fields of automation and engineering technology.
As industries rapidly transition toward automation and smart manufacturing, equipping students with practical knowledge has become increasingly essential. The visit to ETEK provided students with the opportunity not only to understand theoretical concepts but also to observe how a real engineering company operates.
During the program, ETEK representatives introduced the company’s overview, core business areas, and automation solutions applied in manufacturing and technical training. This helped students gain clearer insights into industry trends and future workforce demands.
A highlight of the program was the visit to the Technical & Technology Center, where students directly engaged with modern training systems and automation models.
Students had the opportunity to:
These “see-and-touch” experiences allowed students to better understand how technology is applied in real production environments, connecting directly with what they have learned in the classroom.
In addition to the tour, students participated in interactive discussions with ETEK engineers. Key topics included:
The discussion session was dynamic and insightful, offering valuable perspectives that help students better shape their future career paths.
Through site visits and university partnerships, ETEK continues to affirm its role as a bridge between education and industry. These initiatives contribute to improving the quality of technical human resources, meeting the growing demands of the labor market in the era of Industry 4.0.
This visit was not just an experiential activity but also a meaningful step in helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice—preparing them for their future careers.
