On June 18, 2026, K29 Mechatronics students continued their corporate training program at ETEK by participating in the practical module “Assembly and Operation of the Loading – Unloading Station.” This training activity is an essential part of the curriculum, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of the structure, operating principles, and assembly processes of one of the most common functional stations in automated manufacturing systems.

By working directly with real industrial equipment, students are exposed to a production environment similar to that of modern factories, helping them strengthen their technical competencies and better adapt to industry requirements.
In automated production lines, the Loading – Unloading station plays a critical role in feeding workpieces and transferring products between manufacturing processes. To ensure stable and accurate operation, the system requires precise assembly, alignment, and inspection procedures.
During the training session, students had the opportunity to:

Through direct interaction with real equipment, students not only reinforced their technical knowledge but also improved their analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and practical engineering skills.
Through specialized hands-on training modules, ETEK aims to equip students with not only solid technical knowledge but also practical skills and industrial mindset essential for today’s manufacturing sector.

Participating directly in the assembly and operation of automation systems allows students to gain a comprehensive understanding of production requirements while developing professional work habits and technical competence. These experiences help prepare future engineers to meet the growing demand for highly skilled talent in the era of Smart Factories and Industry 4.0.
With its industry-oriented training model, ETEK continues to provide a practical learning environment where students can engage directly with advanced technologies, industrial equipment, and modern production processes.
By combining academic knowledge with real-world experience, ETEK helps students build confidence, enhance employability, and become valuable contributors to the future of industrial automation.\
