K29 MECHATRONICS STUDENTS CONTINUE HANDS-ON ASSEMBLY TRAINING ON REAL MACHINES AT ETEK

On June 9, 2026, K29 Mechatronics students continued participating in the “Hands-on Assembly Training on Real Machines” program at ETEK. This is one of the key training modules designed to provide students with direct exposure to the assembly, alignment, and operation of automation systems in a modern manufacturing environment.

Practical Training on Real Industrial Systems

With its enterprise-oriented training approach, ETEK focuses on creating a practical learning environment where students can directly interact with industrial equipment and automation systems.

Through hands-on activities, students gradually become familiar with the technical requirements involved in system assembly and inspection, while gaining a deeper understanding of the relationship between equipment design, manufacturing, and operation.

During the training session, students were able to:

  • Assemble mechanical components on real industrial systems
  • Inspect and align components according to technical standards
  • Apply measurement techniques during equipment assembly
  • Develop troubleshooting and technical operation skills
  • Build a precise and professional working mindset

Hands-on Practice – The Key to Developing Technical Competencies

As the manufacturing industry continues to evolve toward Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 models, employers increasingly seek professionals who possess not only theoretical knowledge but also strong practical skills.

By participating directly in real-machine assembly activities, students can bridge the gap between classroom learning and industrial practice while improving their ability to adapt to professional working environments.

This practical experience also serves as a solid foundation for developing technical competencies, engineering thinking, and the professional skills required to meet the demands of the labor market in the fields of mechatronics and automation.

ETEK – Bridging the Gap Between Learning and Doing in Automation

Through specialized and industry-focused training programs, ETEK continues to strengthen its role as a bridge between academia and industry, contributing to the development of a highly skilled workforce for Vietnam’s manufacturing and automation sectors.
