1. Data Collection Components:

• PLC: CPU S7-1200 1214C with 14DI/10DO/2AI.
• IoT Gateway: ECU-1051, CPU TI Cortex A8, 600MHz,
DDR3L 256MB, 512MB NAND Flash, Linux OS.
• Remote IO: 12DI/6DO, Modbus TCP/IP
• Wireless IO: 4 DI/4DO, 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN,
Modbus TCP/IP.
• LoRaWan Gateway: Operating frequencies 868/915/923MHz.
• Smart sensor: LoRaWAN, integrated with a triaxial accelerometer, temperature sensor ranging from -20°C ~
120°C.

• Optical sensor with a 24V digital output.
• Pressure sensor with a 0 ~ 10V analog output, including
a pressure transducer.
• 100W AC servo motor with control driver.
• Fault induction system for overheating and vibration in

3. Mechanical Frame System:

• CT3 iron with electrostatic paint, aluminum profiled table with panel assembly.
