As manufacturing continues to evolve in the era of Industry 4.0, engineering education must go beyond classroom instruction and provide students with practical experience in real industrial environments.
To support this goal, ETEK and Ha Tinh College have launched an enterprise-based training program for K29 Mechatronics students, enabling them to develop technical competencies through direct exposure to industrial practices.

Over the past month, students have participated in a comprehensive training journey covering engineering design thinking, industrial machine safety, mechanical design for automation systems, equipment assembly, industrial measurement, and mechatronic system design.
By combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, the program allows students to experience modern manufacturing processes while strengthening their practical engineering skills.

Beyond technical knowledge, the training program focuses on developing systems thinking, professional work ethics, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
These competencies are essential for graduates entering today’s highly automated manufacturing industry.

Through close collaboration with educational institutions, ETEK continues to contribute to the development of high-quality engineering talent by providing practical learning environments aligned with industry needs.
By connecting education with real manufacturing applications, ETEK helps students make a confident transition from learning to professional practice.
