ETEK Launches Enterprise-Based Mechatronics Training Program

On May 16, 2026, ETEK Automation Solutions JSC, in collaboration with Ha Tinh College of Technology, successfully held the opening ceremony for the Enterprise-Based Mechatronics Training Program at ETEK Headquarters in Hanoi.

The event marks an important milestone in the development of industry-integrated education within the fields of Automation and Mechatronics, supporting the growth of highly skilled technical talent for modern manufacturing industries.

Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry

As manufacturing continues to evolve through automation, robotics, and smart factory technologies, the demand for technicians and engineers capable of implementing and operating real-world industrial systems is increasing rapidly. Beyond technical knowledge, employers now seek graduates who can quickly adapt to emerging technologies, understand manufacturing processes, and contribute effectively from the start of their careers.

Recognizing this need, ETEK has developed its educational model based on the philosophy of “From Learning to Working”, enabling students to gain direct exposure to industrial technologies and production environments throughout their training journey.

This approach represents one of ETEK’s long-term commitments to narrowing the gap between classroom learning and industrial practice.

ETEK – Where Learning Becomes Industry Practice in Automation

More than a traditional educational program, ETEK’s training curriculum is designed around practical application, helping students develop an industrial mindset and the ability to perform effectively in modern manufacturing environments.

During the program, students have the opportunity to work directly with advanced industrial technologies, including: Industrial PLC Systems, industrial Robots, SCADA Systems, AI Vision Technology, AGV and AMR Solutions, Smart Factory Models

The entire training pathway is structured around real industrial requirements, focusing on the development of technical competencies, systems thinking, and practical project implementation skills.

In addition to technology training, students are introduced to manufacturing culture, production workflows, industrial standards, and professional workplace practices commonly found in modern enterprises.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat, representative of ETEK’s leadership team, stated: “We want students not only to learn but also to develop the ability to adapt, operate, and grow within modern industrial environments. Early exposure to real technologies and real manufacturing processes helps build confidence and prepares students for successful careers in industry.”

According to ETEK, the program goes beyond vocational training. It serves as a bridge between educational institutions and industry, helping to develop a new generation of technical professionals capable of mastering advanced technologies and supporting the future growth of Vietnam’s industrial sector.

The opening ceremony also provided students with opportunities to meet industry experts and instructors while touring ETEK’s training facilities and advanced technology laboratories. Through these experiences, students gained valuable insights into real industrial workplaces and future career opportunities in Automation and Mechatronics.

Through initiatives such as this enterprise-based training program, ETEK continues to strengthen collaboration between industry and education, contributing to the development of a highly qualified technical workforce and promoting the integration of education, manufacturing, and technology in Vietnam.

By investing in practical learning environments and advanced training systems, ETEK remains committed to preparing students for the challenges and opportunities of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.
