On October 26, 2026, ETEK joined “A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026,” an event held in collaboration with Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), reaffirming the importance of industry–academia partnerships in developing a highly skilled workforce, advancing technology adoption, and supporting Vietnam’s smart manufacturing ambitions.
ETEK marked the occasion with two key activities: the inauguration of the Smart Factory Training Center at VNU’s Practical Training Center and the presentation of ETEK scholarships to outstanding VNU students.

A major highlight of the event was the inauguration of the Smart Factory Training Center at VNU’s Practical Training Center. ETEK was honored to welcome Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung and Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son during their visit to the facility.
The training center is designed to provide a practical learning environment where students can explore modern automation technologies and experience production models inspired by smart factories. By connecting technical knowledge with hands-on practice, the facility aims to help learners strengthen their engineering mindset and develop practical technology skills.
Integrating Smart Factory technologies into education supports a more application-oriented approach to learning. It also gives students opportunities to become familiar with the automation and digital transformation trends shaping modern manufacturing.
This initiative represents an important step toward strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and industry, helping prepare future engineers for the evolving demands of industrial production.

Alongside its contribution to practical training infrastructure, ETEK awarded scholarships to outstanding students at VNU.
The scholarship initiative reflects ETEK’s commitment to supporting young talent and encouraging academic achievement, research, and innovation. Through this program, ETEK aims to motivate students to develop their expertise, build their capabilities, and prepare for future professional opportunities.
Investing in education and talent development is essential to building a workforce capable of adapting to rapid technological change and the growing demands of the modern labor market

As industrial automation, digital transformation, and smart manufacturing continue to reshape the industrial landscape, collaboration between technology companies and educational institutions is increasingly important.
ETEK’s participation in A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026 reflects its ongoing commitment to connecting technology with education, promoting hands-on training, and supporting the development of future engineers.
By combining Smart Factory-based practical learning with student support initiatives, ETEK and VNU are contributing to an educational environment that encourages real-world application, innovation, and professional development.

A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026 highlights meaningful collaboration between ETEK and VNU in education, workforce development, and technology application.
Through continued engagement with educational institutions and industry, ETEK aims to contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce and help lay the foundation for a more advanced, automated, and intelligent industrial future in Vietnam.
