ETEK standardizes the management and operation of student training courses within businesses

ETEK Strengthens Enterprise-Based Mechatronics Training Management to Develop Industry-Ready Talent

On the morning of May 19, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ETEK Automation Solutions JSC, held a working session with instructors and training coordinators to align management and operational approaches for ETEK’s enterprise-based Mechatronics Training Program.

The meeting took place shortly after the official launch of the training program jointly organized by ETEK and Ha Tinh College of Technology. This important session aimed to ensure the program is managed consistently, professionally, and in alignment with the goal of developing highly skilled technical talent for modern industry.

During the meeting, instructors and training coordinators discussed and agreed on various aspects of program implementation, including: Classroom management methodologies, Training operation procedures, Student assessment standards, Industrial work discipline and development of a learning environment modeled after real manufacturing enterprises

According to ETEK representatives, the objective of the program extends beyond technical knowledge transfer. It is designed to help students develop professional working habits, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to modern industrial environments from the early stages of their education.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat emphasized:

“Today’s industries need more than graduates with theoretical knowledge. They need individuals who can work effectively in real industrial environments, understand production processes, demonstrate discipline, and take responsibility for their work. Therefore, the management and operation of training programs should reflect the standards and culture of modern manufacturing enterprises.”

Mr. Dat also highlighted that ETEK’s training model follows the philosophy of “From Learning to Working”, allowing students to engage directly with industrial technologies and production environments throughout their training journey.

For this reason, establishing a structured and unified training management system plays a crucial role in maintaining educational quality and ensuring effective program delivery.

At ETEK, students gain hands-on exposure to a variety of advanced industrial technologies, including: Industrial PLC Systems, Industrial Robots, SCADA Systems, AI Vision Technology, AGV and AMR Solutions, Smart Factory Models

In addition to technical training, the program places strong emphasis on industrial discipline, corporate culture, teamwork, and practical project execution skills.

The meeting reflects ETEK’s strong commitment to building an enterprise-integrated education model that bridges the gap between academic learning and industrial practice.

By continuously collaborating with educational institutions and implementing practical training programs, ETEK contributes to the development of a highly qualified technical workforce capable of supporting digital transformation and industrial automation initiatives.

Guided by the vision “ETEK – Where Learning Becomes Industry Practice in Automation,” ETEK remains dedicated to advancing modern, practice-oriented education models that meet the evolving needs of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.
