On June 10, 2026, K29 Mechatronics students continued participating in the “Hands-on Assembly Training on Real Machines” program at ETEK. The program is designed based on an enterprise-oriented training approach, enabling students to gain direct exposure to real-world workflows in a modern manufacturing environment.
Through practical training activities, students not only reinforce their technical knowledge but also gradually develop operational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional working attitude.

In the fields of mechatronics and automation, assembly is a critical process that directly impacts the accuracy and operational performance of the entire system. Therefore, hands-on experience with real industrial equipment provides students with valuable learning opportunities.

During the training session on June 10, students continued to:
Through continuous hands-on practice, students progressively strengthen their professional competencies and improve their ability to adapt to modern industrial production environments.
One of ETEK’s key objectives is to bridge the gap between education and industry requirements. By organizing practical training modules on real equipment, students gain a clearer understanding of the responsibilities and daily tasks of engineers in manufacturing facilities while building a strong foundation of technical skills for their future careers.

Beyond simply learning how to perform tasks, students are encouraged to develop systems thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a professional work ethic—qualities that are increasingly valued by manufacturing enterprises.

With its practical training infrastructure and team of experienced industry experts, ETEK continues to support students in developing technical competencies and preparing for the future of smart manufacturing and industrial automation.
