As part of its cooperation in supplying technical training equipment, ETEK has completed a practical training equipment package for the College of Mechanical and Irrigation Engineering.
The project focuses on training models that simulate practical applications in industrial automation mechatronics control systems and production processes, providing students with opportunities to work directly with equipment during their technical education.
Following the manufacturing installation and inspection process ETEK has completed the equipment package and prepared it for delivery to the college.

The project includes the following training models:
The industrial robot model enables students to become familiar with robot operation and its applications in automated production environments. It provides a practical foundation for learning about industrial robotics and automation.
This model simulates an automated product sorting process. It supports practical learning related to sensors control systems and automated production processes.
The robotic arm model provides hands-on experience with robotic movement operation and control. Students can explore the basic principles of robotic manipulation through practical exercises.
The traffic light model is designed for practical exercises involving sequential control and control logic. It provides a simple and intuitive platform for students to understand the fundamentals of automation control.
The conveyor belt model simulates material handling and product transportation commonly found in industrial production lines. It allows students to explore motor control operational sequences and coordination between different components.
The chemical mixing model simulates a controlled mixing process and sequential operation. It provides students with practical exposure to process control and industrial automation concepts.

The training equipment package is designed around practical learning and direct interaction with equipment. This approach helps students connect theoretical knowledge with practical technical skills.
Through the robot sorting conveyor control and mixing models students can gain exposure to:

The completion of this training equipment package for the College of Mechanical and Irrigation Engineering reflects ETEK’s commitment to delivering training solutions connected with real industrial applications.
By providing practical and intuitive training models ETEK supports vocational education institutions in enhancing hands-on learning and giving students earlier exposure to technologies used in modern industrial environments.
